Your Business Plan
The most important step in considering any business is the business plan. If you cannot sell enough product to produce a profit, you have no business. It is the same with Ford Motor Company, U.S. Cellular or any other business.
Let’s consider a business plan that might be similar to what we would do on the Internet. Firstly, would you use the product? What? No product? Then I would consider that this may be a pyramid scheme.
Pyramid schemes hurt legitimate business. Your participation in a pyramid scheme would likely hurt you in the long run.
Let’s look at the Insurance Industry.
There is the owner/CEO/President at the top, a greater number of Vice Presidents on the next level, more Regional Managers on a third level than Vice Presidents, more fourth level ranking Managers than Regional Managers, More Brokers on a fifth level than fourth level ranking Managers, then there are Insurance Agents… and everyone of them gets paid for the sales made at the Agent level! HMMMMMM. Does this LOOK like a pyramid? It isn’t.
Then, what is the real difference? Insurance is regarded as a viable, consumable product. Then the real difference must be the product. Right?
Let’s consider a business like a cellular telephone franchise. They sell cellular telephones and calling plans. Usually, there are only only a few employees. I would consider that they cannot sell enough plans and phones per day to pay the operating cost…
Consider Vonage… or your own telephone, cable, or electrical supplier. do they earn money from periodic usage? Sure.
Obviously these companies would rely on residual income from monthly use, which would build over a period of time. Likewise may be the multi-level marketing industry.

I’ve always been a little skeptical of people selling a product they do not use themselves. Network marketing survives by people using the product. There must be money flow for you to be paid. Therefore, it is important to find a beneficial product to sell. Then, selling a product online would not be so different than selling offline.
Since good products do cause cash flow, why don’t you share the profits?
