Our Goal

“ Our emphasis is on health and freedom”

Since childhood (gradeschool) many of us were taught health practices such as eating carrots for the eyes, dairy products for calcium, taking vitamins for many reasons, iodine to prevent goiters... the list continues. Thirty years ago, I researched extensively and wrote a paper, with resources from doctors on antioxidants. Then I was told that I couldn't say those things. Seems that many people, including doctors, are now "saying those things".

So, this website is dedicated to health and food. I have no intention of trying to replace any doctor(s), but I will do what I can to stay healthy.
